Testimonials
We had the privilege of partnering with John for several mindfulness sessions over the past year at Dell, and his expertise in this space has been truly transformative.
With nearly 100 team members joining virtually, John skillfully guided us through practical techniques to reconnect with ourselves, become more aware of our behaviors and surroundings, and manage everyday pressures with greater clarity. His calm demeanor and soothing delivery created a welcoming environment, offering diverse approaches to staying present and rediscovering joy in our lives.
Each session left us inspired and eager for more. John enriched our experience with thoughtfully curated reading materials and relatable real-world examples, demonstrating how mindfulness can be seamlessly integrated into daily life.
We are very much looking forward to our next session with John and the opportunity to continue this journey with our global team.

John delivered an excellent session on Managing Stress. His calm, clear delivery made the content easy to follow, and the tips he shared were relevant to both work and personal life. It really made me reflect on how I manage stress and what I can do to avoid contributing to it. A really valuable session to attend. Thank you, John!

I had the opportunity to attend several sessions with John Quaid including an Introduction to Mindfulness, Managing Stress and Spiritual Wellness. From the moment these sessions respectively started, I felt a sense of calm and presence that I hadn't experienced in similar sessions with other coaches. The guided exercises were simple yet very powerful, helping me slow down, focus on my breath, and truly be in the moment. Following each of these sessions, I felt lighter, clearer and more centered. If you are looking for a way to reconnect with your true self and find balance, I highly recommend connecting with JQ and attending one of the sessions he offers.

Spiritual Wellness, what to expect. I attended John Quaid’s “Spiritual Wellness” seminar in Oct’24, going with an open mind to listen, understand and hopefully apply some mindfulness practices, improve my mental well-being and personal growth.
Firstly, I found the session to be a full of positive energy, fascinating to listen to John’s views and how he practices this every day in his own life. He was very relatable, personal and his points were thought provoking to make you think about how to cultivate positive mindset and apply in simple and consistent ways within your lifestyle.
What I learned was invaluable on how to apply principles like humility, respect, gratitude, and mindfulness which can and has truly transform the way I navigate life. It was all about embracing the present, never dwelling on the past or worrying about the future, living with intention, and fostering emotional awareness.
I enjoyed the practical tips, how to do simple meditation, incorporate into your daily life, use it for stress management and help you stay present and connected.
It was a fantastic session, simplifying and allowing everyone to see the power of mindfulness and personal growth. I am looking forward to the next sessions when they become available.

My experience of John has always been one of privilege, the feeling I get when I meet someone mindful and connected. At first techniques in mindfulness are counterintuitive because what appear as problems are in fact challenges.
“What seems to be, is, to those to whom it seems to be, and is productive of the most dreadful consequences to those to whom it seems to be, even of torments, despair, eternal death.” — William Blake
Understanding what we know as mindfulness is both challenging and unexpected.
If historically, you’ve not connected as an individual or as a corporate entity with previous mindfulness courses; based on experience I will simply state: Risk the disappointment; all John’s concepts and techniques come from experience so you will be able to relate to and test the material for yourself. It is only if you test the techniques for yourself that you will gain from this experience.
Stress management, aka mindfulness; this is where John shines. Before you attend, take a deep breath, you're going to need it.
John's ability to convey mindfulness in all its complexity comes from experience - and in my experience always hits the mark.
If you are proactive in your pursuit of a better quality of life, you're in the right place. It is both demanding and rewarding.
